Open Class World Champion at IPE Championships

Dynasty and Muremo Music is proud to announce that Tyler Jr. College, of Tyler Texas (USA) will be going to Europe. The group will be travelling over there in April of 2010 to attend the IPE Contest in France on Sunday March 28th and the Indoor Percussion Europe Championships in Crawley (UK) on Sunday April 4th. The groups director, Tom McGowen has built the program from nothing to earning a world championship in the last three years. The group has made WGI Finals every year and won the WGI Open Class World Championship in 2008 with their show "Body Language".

IPE is also very proud to announce a new indoor percussion units who will enter the IPE Competition! Göteborg Drum Corps from Göteborg, Sweden will perform at the IPE European Championships in Crawley. Göteborg Drum Corps is the defending IPE Champion in the European Marching Percussion Class but decided to move up to the International Marching Percussion Class. Göteborg Drum Corps recieved a wildcard to perform only at the IPE European Championships.
