UK
through to WGI Semi-Finals
Last night (Thursday 8th April) both UK representatives at
the WGI World Championships competed in their respective
preliminary rounds to secure a place in the top 24 in each class
to move forward to the Semi-Finals.
First up were Northern Academy, competing in the Independent
Open Class, who scored 86.00 (jointly with the other European
unit competing in the class - The Pride from the Netherlands)
placing them 13th (see below for full details)
Mayflower, competing in the Independent World Class, scored
85.50 which placed them 15th in their class (see below for
full details)
The Semi-Finals take place tonight with Mayflower performing
at approximately 5.55pm UK time and Northern Academy 1.30am UK
time (Saturday morning) and you can keep an eye on the
scores as they come in on the WGI
website. The top 15 from each class will then move
onto the World Championships Finals on Saturday night (10th
April).
